Explain the preparation task and supply route

Begin with the release agent preparation arrangement used by the process. Describe the material, how it is introduced and where the prepared supply goes. Identify whether the enquiry concerns a new mixing station or a replacement for existing equipment. A sketch of the supply route can clarify the relationship between the mixer and the die casting machine. Include any existing storage or distribution arrangement that the project needs to retain.

02 / SERIES

Connect the mixer with the spraying equipment

YOMATO offers release agent auto mixers, auto sprayers and manual spray guns within its auxiliary range. Specify the spraying equipment involved in your project and how the supply reaches it. If several equipment items share the arrangement, describe those connections separately. Keep the spray task and mixing task together when discussing the layout. This helps explain the intended role of the mixer without assuming that the preparation arrangement is the same for every tool or cell.

Locate the equipment around everyday access

Show the mixer position, supply connections and route to the casting machine on the floor plan. Include access for replenishment and servicing. Identify nearby equipment movements, especially where spraying or extraction operates around the die. The supply arrangement should be discussed alongside those working areas and the routes used by personnel. If the cell already exists, photographs and a marked layout help explain restrictions that may be difficult to convey through equipment names alone.

Prepare an enquiry for the complete mixing arrangement

Send the release agent information, intended preparation task, spraying equipment details and layout. Explain the available utilities and any equipment you want to reuse. State whether the mixer is being purchased independently or belongs to a wider auxiliary equipment project. Include your project location and ask for a proposed configuration that addresses the supply route. Confirm order quantity and delivery requirements within the quotation discussion so the equipment scope and purchasing request remain connected.

Label each supply destination on the layout and describe which equipment uses it. This makes the mixing brief easier to review alongside the routing and replenishment arrangements at the installation.
