HOT CHAMBER / HTJ FAMILY
HTJ Hot Chamber Die Casting Machine
Explore the HTJ hot chamber die casting machine range and review HTJ58 as a model-specific specification starting point. Match the proposed tooling and zinc alloy casting task before considering surrounding equipment.

Use HTJ58 to organize the technical questions
The HTJ58 page separates clamping, injection, ejection and installation fields. Use that organization when preparing a machine enquiry. Each group answers a different question about the proposed component and tool. Read the machine table with the complete mould drawing beside it, and keep the field names and units attached when sharing notes. A specification discussion becomes more useful when it connects the listed movements to the way the actual casting will be produced and removed.
HTJ series models: HTJ25, HTJ38, HTJ50, HTJ58, HTJ88, HTJ130, HTJ160, HTJ200, HTJ250 and HTJ350.

Describe the die in its working positions
Prepare the external tool dimensions in both closed and open positions. The casting and runner system need a clear path out of the tool, while the mould requires a suitable mounting arrangement and room for its connections. Include slides, ejection details and any projections that affect access. A cavity drawing helps explain the component, but the assembled tool drawing is needed to discuss fit. Show where the handling equipment must reach into the opening.

Plan the route after the casting leaves the tool
Identify where the component goes after extraction. Some cell discussions involve a conveyor, others include trimming or a transfer to the next operation. Describe the intended route and how the part will be supported. The choice of handling equipment belongs alongside the machine and die discussion because each occupies working space. Include personnel access and the approach for changing tools on the same layout so the arrangement can be reviewed as a connected production cell.

Prepare a comparable HTJ project brief
Keep the alloy, part revision and mould information consistent when comparing hot chamber options. Explain the production task in words as well as drawings, including the finishing operations and equipment already installed. YOMATO provides machine selection discussions together with auxiliary equipment options. Send your project location and available floor plan with the enquiry. If the task includes a different casting route, compare the hot chamber family pages before selecting an individual model for a detailed configuration conversation.
For a project based on existing tooling, include the machine on which the die is currently used. Explain any intended change in the casting or handling arrangement before discussing replacement equipment.
